Tech Mahindra is hiring SAP ICM Consultant for Pune / Chennai Location.
Skill: SAP ICM (Incentive and Commision Management) with S/4 HANA , ABAP , OTC
Work Location: Pune / Chennai
Experience:7+ Years to 12 Years
Notice Period: <30 days
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of the SAP ICM module, with involvement in multiple SAP rollouts.
2. Experience in SAP support projects, upgrades, and enhancement pack updates.
3. Preferably has experience with the migration of SAP ICM to S4 Hana .
4. Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP and SAP OTC business processes.
5. Work experience in multiple SAP landscapes, with expertise in code comparison and merging across environments.
6.
In-depth knowledge of SAP functional and technical best practices and methodologies.
7. Familiarity with interface/data extraction techniques.
8. Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
9. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, demonstrating strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
12. Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and procedures.
13. Proven skills and experience in delivering systems on time and within budget.
14. Strong knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
