We are seeking an initiative-taking and experienced IT Marketing Head to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our IT solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful campaigns across various channels, driving lead generation, brand awareness, and market share growth. You will also provide mentorship and guidance to junior marketing team members.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote IT services, and solutions across various channels and platforms.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns,





including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and demand generation programs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, competitor insights, target audiences, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans for IT products and services.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI!
- Collaborate with sales, and technical teams to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions for IT offerings.
- Create and Maintain DataSkate standards for all document assets.
- Develop and oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, infographics, and social media content.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and marketing automation.






- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, industry influencers, and media outlets.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT Services marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics).
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations.

Qualifications:







- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles within the IT industry, with a proven history of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Deep understanding of IT services, and solutions, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages for different audiences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and inspire excellence in marketing execution.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including UX strategy, email marketing, social media management, SEO, PPC advertising, and marketing automation platforms.






- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in marketing practices.
