What You’ll Do:

Market Research & Lead Generation:

- Dive into market research to identify potential clients across diverse industries.
- Develop and grow a list of potential business opportunities through networking, online research, and direct outreach.
- Keep organized records of prospective clients and stay proactive in nurturing leads.

Client Outreach & Relationship Building:







- Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Present our tailored staffing solutions and explain how we can meet their specific hiring needs.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and act as a trusted partner in staffing solutions.

Sales & Business Growth:

- Play an active role in the business development strategy by supporting sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Collaborate on proposals, presentations, and respond to client inquiries.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.

Networking & Brand Representation:

- Attend online industry events, conferences, and networking meetups to showcase our brand and expand business connections.
- Actively promote our services and represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Reporting & Collaboration:

- Provide regular updates to the Business Development Manager on lead progress and sales activities.






- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure smooth execution of staffing services for clients.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor activities.

Marketing Material and related Document Preparation:

- Prepare PPTs, Service Offerings Deck, Posters, Graphics, Company Brochure. Client Proposal Template, Sales Pitch Deck, One-Pagers / Sell Sheets, Case Studies

Who You Are:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence others.
- Ambitious & Driven: You have a natural flair for sales and a passion for developing new business.
- Quick Learner: You’re adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.






- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online tools, MS Office, and digital platforms to research and connect with clients.
- Relationship Builder: You love interacting with people and can build strong, lasting relationships.
