Delivering on value and volume forgeography
Prepare plan to achieve the assigned business objectives for thedepot on a monthly level and work towards achievement of targets asperbudget
Assist dealers in achieving their overall sales target throughregular visits scheme communication and timelyservice.
Ensure the growth of core products along with new and focusedproducts
Analyze area level data to identify gaps and drive necessaryInitiatives
Explore and open new dealer counters to expand the overallsustainable sale potential in the area. Increaseparticipation.
Implement channel initiatives schemes and ensure controlmeasures
Track and solve dealer queries timely to maintain productiverelationship
Ensure availability of material services and promotional tools tothe dealer through coordination with otherfunctions
Implement marketing plans new launches promotion pricing productmix & distribution policies of theorganization.
Control entire accounting and audit relatedqueries
Collecting receivables are per organizations norms and review ofcredit worthiness of business associates and timely review of thesame.
Drive influencer loyalty programs as per the policies of theorganization. Ensure extension of benefits to influencers as perthe defined loyalty programstructure
