Job Summary:
The Senior Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated test strategies for our Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Selenium framework and a solid understanding of related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and other automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand application functionality.
- Design and implement robust test frameworks and strategies for Salesforce applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Analyse test results, identify defects,
and document issues for resolution.
- Continuously improve testing processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on automation best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on Salesforce applications.
- Proficiency in Selenium and experience with other automation tools (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development processes.
- Very Strong programming language like concepts of Java8, Collections and more.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., ADO, Jenkins, Git).
- Good to have knowledge on MongoDB.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
