Work Location : Ahmedabad/ Remote

We are seeking a full-time HR Manager with strong people skills, management aptitude, and experience in growing IT Services Companies. This position can be based in Ahmedabad or remote across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Strategy & Alignment: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Work Environment: Foster a positive working environment, balancing the experience for both remote and in-office employees.
- Recruitment & Selection: Manage the recruitment and selection process, including employee referrals and policies. Work with Business Development, Delivery teams,





and Founders to create recruitment plans that support business growth.
- Onboarding & Exit Formalities: Oversee onboarding and exit processes for employees.
- Employee Development & Retention: Support business needs by engaging, motivating, and retaining employees.
- Budget Management: Propose and manage the overall HR budget, including employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, queries, and HR-related concerns.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Social Media team to build employer branding by sharing employee stories, events, and polls. Work with external bodies to achieve certifications like Great Place to Work.
- Performance Appraisal: Oversee a 360-degree performance appraisal system that promotes high performance, ensuring fairness in appraisals and rewards.
- Training & Development: Manage the training function by delegating tasks to HR team members.





Assess training needs based on organizational and individual goals.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Generate periodic reports and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure legal compliance across all HR functions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor HR team members, delegate tasks, and promote a results-driven team culture.
- Campus Recruitment & Events: Organize campus recruitment drives, offsite events, and manage CSR activities.

Must-Haves:

- 10+ years of experience in HR
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Manager
- People-oriented and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to manage HR metrics
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and labor laws
- Ability to design and implement HR strategies with leadership
- Excellent communication,





negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal management skills at all levels of the organization
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field
