We are currently seeking a skilled Online Reputation Manager with expertise in reverse SEO and online reputation management. This role focuses on the suppression of negative search results through strategic SEO techniques and content management.
Key Responsibilities:
Reverse SEO and Negative Search Result Suppression:
- Implement reverse SEO strategies to push down negative search results on Google and other search engines.
- Suppress harmful or misleading content by creating and promoting positive content that outranks the negative information.
- Continuously monitor and manage clients' online search results to ensure the negative content is suppressed.
Search Engine Reputation Management:
- Conduct audits of search engine results to identify negative content or press that impacts the client’s reputation.
- Develop and execute long-term strategies to improve search rankings for positive content and counteract negative links.
Content Development and SEO:
- Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to produce and promote high-quality content that enhances the client’s online presence.
- Optimize existing content and webpages to improve ranking for favorable search terms and push down unfavorable results.
Ongoing Online Reputation Management:
- Monitor online reviews, social media mentions, forums, and blogs to track any new negative mentions.
- Implement a consistent strategy to handle negative feedback and mentions online, ensuring they do not affect search rankings.
Crisis Management:
- Actively engage in crisis management efforts by mitigating reputation damage through online interventions and strategic content.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Provide detailed reports on the effectiveness of reputation management efforts, including the movement of negative search results and SEO metrics.
- Offer actionable insights and recommendations based on trends, rankings, and online feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in reverse SEO and online reputation management.
- Expertise in search engine algorithms and techniques to suppress negative content through SEO.
- Strong understanding of content creation, SEO,
and online reputation management tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
