Job Summary: The International Business
Development Manager is responsible for driving the
growth of the company's business in international
markets. This role involves identifying new market

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify
emerging trends and potential business
opportunities.
Analyze competitor activities and industry
developments in target markets.

Develop and implement international business

Engage with local agencies, trade
organizations, and government bodies to

Develop and deliver compelling presentations
to prospective clients.
1. Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate contracts and agreements with
international clients and partners.
Ensure the successful closing of deals and
smooth onboarding of new clients.
1. Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and
product teams to align strategies and develop
tailored offerings for international markets.
Collaborate with local teams to adapt business
strategies based on regional needs.
1. Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on the performance of
international business development initiatives.
Utilize analytics to refine strategies and
improve results.
1. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with local regulations and
international trade laws.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with
entering new markets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
International Business, Marketing, or a related
field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in business
development, sales, or marketing, preferably in
an international context.
Proven track record of successfully entering
new markets and achieving revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to
interpret market data.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and
interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
