Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales efforts for our Umrah packages. This is a work-from-home position, ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a proven sales background, excellent communication, and a passion for travel. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets for Umrah packages.
- Promote and sell Umrah packages to potential customers via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about Umrah packages, pricing, and services.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation to maximize sales productivity.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless bookings and customer experiences.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and areas for improvement in sales processes.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates on progress toward targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry or Umrah package sales.
- Leadership:
Previous experience leading a sales team and achieving sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation skills, and the ability to close sales.
- Technical: Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and online communication tools.
- Availability: Ability to work remotely with flexibility in working hours.
