Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who will oversee the lifecycle of client-raised tickets on Jira. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage a large volume of tickets, allocate tasks to team members, and ensure that all client work is completed within SLA limits. They will also proactively raise alerts to management if any issues arise that could impact business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ticket Management
- Read and thoroughly understand client-raised tickets related to ad tech, data, websites, and apps.
- Allocate tasks to appropriate team members based on skills and workload.
- Monitor progress and follow up to ensure timely completion of tasks.
2. Team Coordination
- Identify bottlenecks and team members who may be overloaded.
- Eliminate roadblocks and implement solutions to improve workflow.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
3. Performance Monitoring
- Ensure that all client work adheres to quality standards and SLA agreements.
- Analyze team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Raise alerts to management of issues well within time limits.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management and clients.
Qualifications
1. Experience
- At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects and software development initiatives.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of tickets and multitask effectively.
2. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
3. Skills
- Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools.
- Strong understanding of ad tech, data analytics, web development, and mobile applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
