Responsibilities:
Handle multiple clients with a team as well as individually andshould be able to retain
the client byachieving the goals and targets.
Understandthe client requirements and provide customized solutionsproactively & make
themsuccessful.
Serve as a key point of contactfor clients & managedaytoday
communications.
Closely involved in preparing and executing comprehensive digitalmarketing
strategies & online mediaplans.
Work closely with internal teams toensure the timely and successful delivery
ofdigital marketing campaigns.
Ensure clientsatisfaction and address any issues or concernspromptly.
Monitor campaign performance andprovide regular insights and reportsto
clients.
Managedigital paid campaigns on different platforms like GoogleMeta
Linkedin Snapchat etc and trackperformance very closely in order todeliver
exceptionalresults.
Handle digital campaigns onMarketplaces like Amazon FlipkartMyntra
Nykaa etc for d2cbrands.
Analyze performance of digitalcampaigns at different levels using appropriatekey
performance indicators (KPI)classifications: CTR CPC CPM conversions ROASCAC
LTV etc.
Use dataand analytics to provide actionable insights and demonstrateROI.
Work with the data & analyticsteam and assist them in creation & upgradationof
reports & dashboard productsanalytics & insights etc.
Stayupdated with the latest digital marketing trends and bestpractices.
Closely involved in training newpeople & upgrading their skills acrossdifferent
functions of digital advertisingdomain & company processes.
Participate in internal meetings to share client feedback andinsights.
Qualifications/Requirements:
24 years of experience in thedigital advertising industry with proven track recordin
performance marketing & brandinghandling large scale spends & leadinggrowth
initiatives.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Media Communications BusinessAdministration
Journalism English or relatedFields from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges.
Experience in performance marketing growth marketing branding& advertising.
Indepth knowledge& handson experience of running Google Ads Meta Ads& other
paidchannels.
Good knowledge of analyticsplatforms like GA4 Appsflyer Meta analytics etc is aplus.
Managed good scale digital mediaspends in performance marketing & branding forany
brand or portfolio ofbrands.
Candidates should be comfortablewith advanced data and measurement tools.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms CRM systems andanalytics tools and
dashboards to deriveactionableinsights.
