Job Description :-

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects using a variety of methodologies including Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and Waterfall.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality, while maintaining excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities :-

- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple teams and stakeholders,





ensuring seamless delivery from initiation to closure.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Implement and drive Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for each project.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure teams are adhering to the chosen methodology.
- Manage change requests and ensure any scope changes are properly documented and communicated.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, helping resolve challenges and remove roadblocks.
- Ensure compliance with all internal processes and standards.

Qualifications :-

- Min 7+ years of experience in IT field,





with at least 4 years in managing IT projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills , with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
