Job Title: Senior Front-End Developer (React.JS & AEM)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React.JS and AEM Developer with strong front-end development expertise and content management system experience. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.JS and 3+ years with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to deliver high-performance web applications and seamless content-driven experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop web applications using React.JS and integrate them with AEM components and templates.
- Build reusable React components and manage states using Redux or Context API .
- Collaborate with design and content teams to implement AEM content authoring and workflows.
- Ensure responsive design , cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
- Use JavaScript (ES6+) , SASS , and CSS methodologies like BEM , OOCSS for scalable front-end development.
- Leverage modern front-end tools like Webpack and Babel for efficient development.
- Maintain code quality through code reviews and unit testing .
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of development experience , with 4+ years in React.JS and 3+ years in AEM .
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) , React , and AEM component development.
- Experience with state management (Redux/Context API) and CSS methodologies (BEM, OOCSS).
- Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and responsive design principles.
- Strong understanding of AEM workflows , content management ,
and performance optimization.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AEM Cloud and Adobe Analytics .
- Familiarity with AEM Sites or AEM Assets .
