Position: Quantity Surveyor EngineerEducation Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience: 5+ Years Job Role & Responsibilities Prepare tender and contract documents with the architect and/or the client, including bills of quantities.Undertake cost analysis for Construction, repair and maintenance project workAssist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studiesPerform risk, value management, and cost controlAdvise on a procurement strategyIdentify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risksPrepare and analyze costings for tenders.Provide advice on contractual claimsAnalyze outcomes and write detailed progress reportsValue completed work and arranged paymentsMaintain awareness of the different building contracts in current useUnderstand the implications of health and safety regulations.Key Skills:Fluent in English Good Knowledge of MS Office tool (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)If you are interested pl. share your resume on Kindly Expedite...!Ms. Rashmi Shah
