Job Description
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders in both our commercial functions as well as across our global IT organisation
- Work with the Business Process Owners to evaluate business processes and system improvements
- Lead requirements gathering sessions for system enhancements of our Order Management platforms
- Support gap analysis activities in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Work with functional Subject Matter Experts to ensure successful end to end functional testing and end user training
- Support User Acceptance Testing and issue resolutions
- Support roll out activities and knowledge transfer to Application Support teams
- Drive continuous improvement of our IT practices, procedures and supporting tools
