Job Title: SAP Project Manager, S/4 HANA

Experience: Minimum 10 to 12 years in SAP Project Management, with at least 2 years of experience in S/4 HANA implementation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead and manage S/4 HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of end to end SAP project management, including SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migration. Experience working in the pharma industry is preferred. The Senior SAP Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget. PMP, PRINCE2,





or SAP Activate certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead S/4 HANA Implementation Projects
- Manage full lifecycle S/4 HANA implementation projects, including planning, design, execution, testing, and deployment. Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps. Coordinate resources, define roles, assign responsibilities, and set project expectations across various functional teams. Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology or other project management standards.
- Pharma Domain Expertise: Leverage knowledge of pharmaceutical industry processes to ensure successful implementation of SAP solutions tailored to the unique needs of pharma, including compliance with regulatory standards, cost management, and supply chain optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key business stakeholders, including C level executives,





functional leads, and end users, to ensure the project meets business objectives. Facilitate communication and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and issues.
- Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential roadblocks.
- Track and resolve issues promptly to prevent project delays.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track spending, and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular budget updates to stakeholders and adjust project scope when necessary to stay within budget constraints.
- Team Leadership and Resource Allocation: Lead cross functional teams of SAP consultants,





developers, and business analysts.
- Ensure proper resource allocation, foster collaboration, and mentor team members to maintain a high level of performance.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with third party vendors, contractors, and consultants, ensuring that their work aligns with project goals and quality standards. Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor performance.
- Change Management: Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of S/4 HANA solutions. Conduct impact assessments and develop training and communication plans to prepare users for new systems and processes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Oversee testing, UAT,





and go live activities to ensure smooth and successful transitions.
- Post Go Live Support: Oversee post go live activities, including hypercare and end user support. Monitor system performance, gather feedback, and implement enhancements to optimize system usage.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement efforts by gathering feedback from stakeholders and teams. Implement lessons learned from previous projects to improve future implementations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
