Role Overview :

As a Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer, you will transform data into reusable analytics assets and maximize data value through visualization and reporting, building data models, and embedding advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ingest data using shortcuts, pipelines,





or dataflows to support Power BI and AI analytical use cases.
- Transform data with dataflows, procedures, and notebooks.
- Store data in both Lakehouse and Data Warehouse environments.
- Expose data with Power BI reports, semantic models, and SQL endpoints.
- Actively contribute to all stages of the data platform lifecycle (design, development, testing, and delivery), ensuring alignment with agreed architecture and design standards.
- Ensure the data platform meets all non-functional requirements.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues across data technologies to ensure the efficiency and stability of the data platform.
- Curate an unstructured data ecosystem (e.g., documents, reports, lists) using Microsoft Fabric tools.
- Collaborate with the team to build and support data platforms using Microsoft technologies.
- Provide technical support services to ensure the stability and performance of data platform components.
- Work with various technologies, such as Data Factory, Data Activator, Synapse Data Engineering,





Synapse Data Warehouse, Python, and One Lake.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud for cloud-based data platforms.
- Apply best practices in data management, including data modeling, data integration, ETL (Extract, Load, Transform) processes, data governance, and data security.
- Experience working within an Agile environment, contributing to sprints, backlog refinement, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive technical design and support documentation to align with the hierarchy and flow of Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer tasks.

Nice to have:

- Experience or knowledge of Synapse Analytics, Azure Analysis Services
- CI/CD of data pipelines
- Microsoft Certifications (PL-300, DP-600)






- Experience working in agile methodology using either Azure DevOps or any similar tool
