We are Hiring for HR (H2R- Employee Life cycle ):

Designation –Senior Process Executive

Qualification – Any Graduate

Experience – MBA Freshers/ 1 Year of experience in HR

Location – Bangalore

Shifts –US Shift timings (5 PM - 2 AM)

Interview Mode: Final round will be a Face-to-Face Interview/ Offline Interview.

Important Note:

Skills: Good Communication skills , SAP HCM, HCM (SAP/SuccessFactors). HR database applications (PeopleSoft, SAP, SF, etc.).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Candidates should be ok with the following requirements.

1. They need to report to Bangalore.
2. Ok with 24/5 process.
3. Good knowledge on SAP HCM

Process all HR related processes in the HCM (SAP). Scope includes processing new hire,





terminations, transfers, promotions, time, and attendance etc. Reporting to Team Lead

- Data Driven Issue Resolution
- Customer Service Excellence
- Process and Transaction Excellence

Skill/Experience Requirements

- Graduate in MBA HR or 1 year of HR experience, with specific experience in HR administration, preferable processing Hire to retire in an ERP environment especially in SAP HCM / Workday or any ERP
- Good communicative English, customer focus with a strong sense of urgency, Results and deadline driven, Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fair knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Intense customer service focus with a strong sense of urgency
- Results and deadline driven

Roles and responsibilities

Process HR transactions which may include:

1. New hires (on SAP – OM, PM modules)
2. Employment data changes
3. Terminations/Retirements
4. Basic reporting from SAP
5. Leave and attendance transactions.
6.





Changes in Employee Situations e.g. Reclassifications, Active to Inactive, Full-time/Part-Time and vice versa
7. Resolve and handle transactional and administrative issues relating to areas such as leave administration, wage statements, unemployment claims, benefits administration etc. through comprehensive and accurate research with SOPs within commitment guidelines
8. Communicate resolution to callers with clarity via zoom chat or e-mail
9. Maintain service level agreements (SLA) i.e. timeliness and Quality of work.
