Job Title: Lead - Digital Marketing & Engagement (Global HR)
Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary and proactive Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead digital engagement strategies for our Global HR community on Viva Engage. This role will focus on creating and curating impactful content, ensuring active employee engagement, and managing a team responsible for promoting Global HR's key initiatives on social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Branding & Digital Presence: Develop and lead branding strategies that position the Global HR Services team as a thought leader and key organizational pillar.
- Internal Communication: Design and execute marketing campaigns to boost employee engagement,
aligning with company values and HR objectives.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead targeted marketing campaigns that support key HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee well-being, and diversity programs.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage comprehensive social media campaigns focused on promoting workplace culture, HR initiatives, and employee success stories.
- Content Creation & Visual Storytelling: Produce compelling, high-quality content (blogs, videos, infographics) that elevates HR’s brand voice and engages employees.
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve HR communication goals.
- Awards & Recognition: Identify and manage opportunities for HR team recognition on industry platforms, enhancing the team’s external reputation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on internal communications, employee engagement,
or HR marketing.
- Proven expertise in social media strategy, branding, and content creation for employee engagement.
- Strong writing, editing, and creative content development skills.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, and platforms like and Viva Engage.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Passion for enhancing employee experiences through innovative marketing strategies.
