Leadership:

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the client base.
Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement sales plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of exhibitions and events.
- Provide insights from the sales team to contribute to the overall improvement of company processes.
Reporting and Analysis:
-Implement effective reporting mechanisms to track and analyze sales performance.
-Provide regular reports to the executive team, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Contract Negotiation:
-Lead negotiations with clients, exhibitors, and sponsors to secure favorable contracts and partnerships.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and industry experience of 10+ years into selling exhibition spaces or sponsorships. (building material industry)
