Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Globeia. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our platform. You will work closely with our product managers, developers,
and other stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
Visual Design: Design visually compelling interfaces that align with Globeia's brand identity and ensure a consistent look and feel across the platform.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback and user data.
Design Systems:
Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in design across the platform.
Responsive Design: Ensure that designs are responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered designs, and problem-solving skills.
Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
Attention to Detail:
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve design challenges with creative solutions.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in an agile environment.
