Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media content, and websites.
UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for websites and apps,
ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.
Branding: Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency in brand visuals across all channels and touchpoints.
Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, marketing, and development teams to ensure cohesive and well-rounded design solutions.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the agency’s work fresh and innovative.
Required Skills and Experience
Graphic Design Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other graphic design software.
UI/UX Design Skills: Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX design software.
Typography and Layout Skills: Strong attention to typography, color theory, and layout.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and UI/UX roles, preferably in an advertising or creative agency environment.
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and UI/UX projects.
Problem-solving mindset: Ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges.
Team player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to take feedback constructively.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
Familiarity with web development languages like HTML/CSS (basic understanding).
Knowledge of user research and usability testing methods.
