Hands-on Experience :
- Recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Candidate sourcing and interviewing.
- Ensuring operational stability for all HR functions related processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the organization's hiring needs.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments, coordinate with hiring managers, and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a smooth interview process.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company, and conduct orientation sessions to familiarize them with company policies and culture.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
· Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in MS Excel, Google Sheets and MS Teams.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
