Job description:
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager with a specialization in YouTube to lead our video content strategy and manage our YouTube channel. You will be responsible for growing our audience, increasing engagement, and driving brand awareness through creative video content and effective channel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the company’s YouTube channel, including content scheduling, SEO optimization, and audience engagement.
- Develop and execute a YouTube content strategy to grow subscribers, increase views, and enhance overall channel performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality video content aligned with the brand's messaging.
- Analyze YouTube Analytics to track performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Stay up to date with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continued channel growth.
- Coordinate the company’s presence across other social media platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand strategy.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments on YouTube and other social channels.
Requirements:
- Clear experience scaling a YT channel/Insta Page
- Proven experience growing and managing a YouTube channel.
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for digital content.
- Experience with video editing software is a plus.
Compensation:
- 15 days paid vacation.
- Salary is competitive and varies substantially based on the skillset of an individual candidate.
