Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an IT Support Engineer at Shyld AI. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, and help desk support on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, System Administration skills
- Information Technology and Help Desk Support skills
- Experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
