Overview :
The Department Head for the BFSI Vertical is responsible for the strategic leadership, growth, and profitability of the BFSI training portfolio with in the organization. The role requires a deep understanding of the BFSI industry, its training needs, and a proven track record in developing and delivering high-quality training programs. The incumbent will lead a team of training professionals to achieve business objectives, maintain strong client relationships, and drive innovation within the BFSI vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the BFSI vertical ,aligning with the overall organizational goals.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends ,competitor landscape, and customer needs.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the BFSI industry, regulatory changes, and skill gaps.
Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with key stakeholders in the BFSI industry.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI vertical.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and convert the min to clients.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of training professionals to achieve performance objectives.
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the BFSI vertical.
Foster a high-performance culture and promote teamwork and collaboration.
Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and recognize and reward performance.
Training Program Development and Delivery:
Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality training programs aligned with BFSI
industry standards and client requirements.
Ensure that training programs are relevant, engaging, and effective in achieving learning
objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry professionals to develop training content. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the BFSI vertical's budget and financial performance.
Monitor revenue and expenses, and take corrective actions as needed.
Ensure profitability and return on investment for the BFSI vertical.
