Role Overview:
Responsible for supporting the growth of the business through sharp data insights and analysis. He/she is also responsible for bringing together data insights from various sources to contribute towards comprehensive, data-driven business strategies.
Position Details:
Position Title - Assistant Manager - Content Analytics, Digital Business
Sub Function - Business Operations
Reporting Relationship - Manager - Content Analytics, Digital BusinessLocation - MumbaiEducation - Masters or equivalent degree
Overall Experience - 5+ years
Essential Expertise - Experience in data analytics - Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel, Python or R
Key Responsibilities:
- Use data analytics to understand the content performance on the platform
- In-depth analysis of key viewership metrics and regularly reporting them to stakeholders
- Development and management of data dashboards for daily insights
- Enable businesses to increase viewership and maximize revenue
- Report and automate the key business performance metrics for all key launches
- Work on target setting and tracking of viewership targets for all upcoming launches

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven knowledge
- Strategic thinking mindset
- Ability to break down and present complex data insights into simplified storytelling to cross-functional teams
- Strongly driven to take ownership and independently develop a data-driven point of view in a fast-paced, complex and cross-functional environment
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, and knowledge of R or python
- Having experience with at least one BI tool, such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, etc is good.
