Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee contracts across all trades, including Civil, MEP, and Finishes.
2. Analyze financial aspects of projects, ensuring budget compliance and cost control.
3. Collaborate with project management teams for effective site execution.
4. Develop and maintain vendor relationships to enhance project delivery.
5. Conduct pre- and post-contract activities, including documentation and compliance.
6. Perform rate analysis and lead contract negotiations.
Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a Contracts Department or similar roles.
- Willingness to travel as required.
