Job Title: SAP C4C V2 Technical Lead Consultant
Experience Required: 5+ years in SAP C4C (Sales & Service Cloud), with at least 6 months to 1 year experience in V2 .
Location: Remote
Shift Timings:
- 3 PM to 11 PM IST
- 4 PM to 12 AM IST
Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable based on project needs)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP C4C V2 Technical Lead Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2 and SAP Buildapps , with a strong technical background in designing, implementing, and optimizing C4C solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP C4C Technical development and enhancements,
focusing on V2 (Sales & Service Cloud) .
- Design and implement technical solutions using SAP Buildapps in alignment with business requirements.
- Customize and extend SAP C4C functionality, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Work closely with business users and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure technical feasibility of C4C functionalities and integrations, including data flow and system performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize C4C solutions to improve performance and address technical issues.
- Participate in testing and validation of new functionality to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented SAP C4C V2 solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2 .
- Hands-on experience with SAP Buildapps .
- Knowledge of SAP SDK for C4C, PDI , and ABS development.
- Experience with integrations via OData , SOAP ,
and REST APIs .
- Knowledge of HTML5 , JavaScript , and SAP UI5 is a plus.
- Experience in customizing C4C user interfaces and workflows.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical experience in SAP C4C (Sales & Service Cloud), with at least 6 months to 1 year in V2 .
- Proven track record of leading C4C technical projects and working closely with business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
