Job Overview :
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with over 5 years of expertise, preferably from an agency background. The candidate should have a solid portfolio in creating compelling designs for brand identity, internal and external communications, social media, merchandise, and events. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual language of our brand while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Brand Identity Design : Conceptualize and design visual identities for new and existing brands, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness across all touchpoints.
- Internal & External Communication : Create engaging and visually appealing designs for internal communications (newsletters, presentations) and external marketing campaigns (advertisements, digital assets, etc.).
- Social Media :
Design social media content and campaigns, maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic that resonates with the target audience.
- Merchandise & Event Design : Develop innovative designs for branded merchandise and event materials, creating memorable and visually consistent brand experiences.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align design efforts with broader business goals.
- Creative Innovation : Continuously explore new design trends and techniques to keep our brand fresh, innovative, and relevant.
- Project Management : Handle multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Graphic Design Mastery : Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Brand Development : Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong brand identities across various platforms.
- Social Media Design : Ability to create engaging content for various social media platforms, keeping up with trends in digital marketing.
- Merchandise & Event Design : Experience in designing for merchandise and events, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Project Management : Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality execution of designs that align with brand standards.
- Communication Skills :
Strong verbal and visual communication skills, capable of presenting design concepts to stakeholders clearly.
- Agency Experience (Preferred) : Experience working in a fast-paced, creative agency environment is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to think creatively and offer design solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaboration : A team player who can work collaboratively with different teams and departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Education :
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
