The HR cum Compliance Manager will play a dual role, responsible for overseeing the HR operations while ensuring that the company adheres to all SOP'S. This role will involve managing the employee life cycle, from recruitment to retention, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both human resources and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Management:Recruitment and Onboarding:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing,





and onboarding.Ensure that recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal requirements.Employee Relations and Performance Management:Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.Oversee employee performance management, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and managing promotions or terminations.Employee Engagement and Retention:Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to boost morale and retention.Manage employee benefits, compensation packages, and career development initiatives.HR Policy Development and Implementation:Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.Ensure that all HR documentation and processes are updated and compliant with labor laws.Compliance Management:Legal and Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with local, state, and national labor laws, including those related to minimum wage, overtime,





and employee rights.Stay updated on industry-specific regulations and ensure the staffing agency meets all compliance requirements.Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to legal standards.Contract and Document Management:Manage employee contracts, client agreements, and all legal documents related to staffing and recruitment services.Ensure proper documentation for all employees, including background checks, employment eligibility, and certifications.Health and Safety Compliance:Implement and monitor health and safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for both in-house employees and candidates placed with clients.Ensure that safety regulations are followed, and compliance with occupational health and safety standards is maintained.Training and Development:Provide training to staff on compliance matters, labor laws, anti-discrimination practices,





and ethical business practices.Stay updated on industry best practices and update policies accordingly to mitigate risks.Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
