Graphic DesignerNoida Sector 64Work From OfficeROLE PURPOSE:Your primary responsibility will be to use your creativity to make our course materials and eLearning platform more visually appealing and engaging by creating vibrant and captivating graphics that that enhance our learner’s educational experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and creative skills, a robust educational and design background, and a portfolio demonstrating excellence in graphic design.You will report to the Lead Graphic Designer and will be expected to provide input on creative direction, contribute to team brainstorming sessions, and maintain our high standards of design quality whist aligning with GlobalU’s established brand guidelines.
You must have the ability to visualize, provide constructive feedback, and challenge ideas constructively is crucial.You will collaborate closely our talented and friendly multidisciplinary design team that includes Motion Designers, Video Editors, Writers and researchers, UX/UI designers who work in our offices across India (Noida), UK (London, Manchester) Malta and Dubai.Roles and responsibilities: Utilize design to tell engaging visual stories and enhance the learning experience.Collaborate effectively with other Graphic Designers and team members.Contribute to a multidisciplinary design team.Design and illustrate custom assets for various e-learning projects.Create infographics and data visuals to convey data-driven stories.Develop visual content that aligns with branding guidelines and project requirements.Maintain strong visualization, organizational, and communication skills.Essential Skills and Experience:Excellent attention to design detail,
with strong typography and layout skills.Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop and Illustrator.Ability to create infographics and data visuals.Strong illustration skills.Strong layout and typography skills.Ability to work from established branding guidelines.Keen attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Team player with strong collaboration skills.Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.Preferable Experience:Experience working within a multidisciplinary design team.Familiarity with logical workflows and design processes.Experience adhering to brand guidelines in design work.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee.
