Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage the field sales team.
- Planning sales targets, provide guidance, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities, define target segments, and design action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Allocate sales territories to the team members and define sales coverage plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.
- Possess a two-wheeler or four-wheeler vehicle for traveling to different cities and locations.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new markets.
- Work closely with the sales team in the field, supporting them, and resolving any challenges that arise.
- The sales manager and the sales representatives will work together to achieve these targets.
- The field manager should assume a pivotal role by taking on dual responsibilities in situations where team members are not available.
- The marketing executive plays a crucial role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts align seamlessly with sales and product development goals.
Requirements
Qualification :
- Any Graduate with proven experience in sales field
- Two Wheeler is mandatory.
- Excellent Communication is must.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
