ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits and services available to them.Gather feedback from members regarding their needs and concerns, which can be used to advocate for favourable policies and initiatives.Generic / ManagerialA self-starter with passion for initiatives in the regionAttention to details, ability to multitask on projects and work under pressureGood written and verbal communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsGood team player with team goal in mind when working on projects
