Job description:
Engage with vendors and manage candidate pipeline
- Co-ordinate interviews with stakeholders and record feedback.
- Support salary negotiations with candidates.
- Create MIS and update recruitment tracker and org chart with changes.
- Co-ordinate with Kota for offers and documentation of new joinees.
- On-boarding of new joinees and query resolution and manage escalations with HR personnel.
- Implement ATS (application tracking system)and manage the software.
Candidates Specs
- 5-8 yrs experience in recruitment
- Must have experience in Tech and startup recruitment (Cred, Swiggy, Directi, GojeK, Myntra,Coinbase) - to name a few
- Good communication skill in english, hindi and local languages.
