We have a critical opening with our client for SaaS Program Manager role for Ahmedabad location.
Position: SaaS Program Manager
Experience : 4 to 5 yrs
Location: Ahmedabad- WFO
Mode of Employment:Contract
Job description and responsibilities:
·Goal of the role is to be the single point of contact for our SaaS transactional banking product offering around the following primary responsibilities: (i) gather well-documented client requirements, (ii) estimate delivery effort, (iii) sale pricing, (iv) resource needs, (v) coordinating on time delivery and (vi) client training
o Develop a plan to engage existing SaaS clients periodically to gather performance feedback, feature requirements,
make pricing proposals, close work orders, plan delivery resources and create a referral client base
o Develop a marketing outreach to broader prospects through referral programs as well as direct marketing
o Plan actions to reach new, unaddressed market segments such as Digital Currency platforms, more capable FX module etc.
o Work with Internal Stakeholders, SaaS clients, BizTech and finance team (work as a bridge between the SaaS clients, Internal Stakeholders and BizTech team)
o Work with BizTech team to provide feedback and suggestions to improve system
o Provide timely responses to requests, issues and maintain positive working relationships with SaaS clients
·Assist in the execution of project plans for SaaS products, including market research, marketing, technical integration plans including development of SaaS technology infrastructure to be at current market state of play in terms of stability and cost
·Execution of tasks and any escalations needed on time
·Provide assistance in offering ongoing support to existing clients and facilitating the onboarding process for new clients.
·Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and organizing work effectively to streamline processes
·Additionally
o Assist our Business Development Head to develop our marketing research (SaaS and Banking) and prospects outreach globally
o Develop and execute series of actions agreed and ensure on time update and reporting back on progress/results for other projects in progress within India.
o The role will be instrumental in providing local India-based support to administrative actions required locally, including arranging meetings, procuring vendors, interfacing with local authorities and others,
including that may require local travel
Requirements:
·Good English proficiency (written and verbal)
·Excellent and organizational communication skills
·Ability to work independently and manage projects with an organization-wide perspective
·High level of accuracy and attention to detail
·Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing management, business administration, IT, Computer Science, Physics or a related field
·Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support, IT project management roles or related positions; with a regulated financial institution an advantage
·Ability to speak Hindi or other North Indian languages will be an advantage while travelling
·Experience with: JIRA, Confluence
·Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
