SAP R2R/FICO Consultant Sr.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Senior Consultant to provide Application Management Services (AMS) support for our SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial accounting and controlling processes and will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our SAP environment to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
AMS Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICO modules in both ECC and S/4HANA environments, addressing user issues, system errors, and performance optimization.
System Configuration:
Analyze business requirements and configure the SAP FICO modules accordingly to ensure alignment with business processes and compliance with financial regulations.
Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to SAP FICO functionalities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Enhancements: Lead the implementation of enhancements and upgrades in the FICO modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures to support knowledge transfer and compliance.
User Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with other SAP consultants, project managers, and stakeholders to align FICO solutions with overall business objectives.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and support the generation of reports for financial analysis and decision-making.
Concur Experience will be added advantage.
Job Requirements
Details:
Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting, with a strong focus on AMS support for both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, AR, AP, New GL, etc.).
- Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex financial processes and provide effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications: SAP certifications in FICO or relevant financial areas are highly desirable.
