About the internship
Resume Folks USA is seeking a proactive and organized Human Resource Intern to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee management processes. The ideal candidate will help streamline HR operations, ensuring a smooth experience for both new hires and current team members, while supporting our resume writing, job search assistance, and interview coaching services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help onboard new interns and employees, ensuring proper documentation and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with necessary information.
- Support the coordination of training sessions and team-building activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with company standards.
