Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles within the in-house team and for clients.
- Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
- Support the recruitment team with database management and job posting on various platforms.
Onboarding
- Assist in the smooth onboarding of new employees, including preparing offer letters, collecting required documentation, and ensuring a seamless first-day experience.
- Ensure new hires are introduced to the company culture and policies.
- Exit Formalities:
- Support the HR team in managing exit interviews,
ensuring the completion of exit formalities, and gathering feedback from departing employees.
- Assist in preparing the full and final settlement documentation.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Help maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation (offer letters, contracts, onboarding documents, etc.).
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
