We are hiring at The Pamposh Hotel, New Delhi!! !Position: Hotel Front Desk Manager & Front Desk Executive
- Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of various hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and others, to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, and ensure prompt and effective resolution of any issues.
- Shift Management: Manage the daily shift operations, including scheduling assigning tasks, and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet guest needs and operational requirements.
- Quality Control: Monitor the cleanliness,
maintenance, and overall appearance of the hotel to maintain high standards and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Crisis Management: Act as a point of contact during emergency situations, demonstrating strong leadership skills and coordinating appropriate responses to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
- Staff Supervision: Provide guidance, support, and training to department heads and staff members, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork and professional development.
- Reporting: Prepare shift reports, including occupancy rates, guest feedback, incidents, and operational issues, and communicate them to the management team for review and action.
- Financial Accountability: Assist in monitoring expenses and controlling costs within your assigned areas of responsibility.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations, including health, safety, and security protocols.
- Collaborative Approach:
Work closely with other departments and team members to foster effective communication, coordination, and cooperation.
- Required Skills and Qualifications *
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (Compulsory).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hotel industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken.
