Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in MEPF & HVAC projects. As an Estimation Engineer,
you will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring projects are completed within budget. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in MEPF & HVAC projects
- Strong knowledge of MEPF & HVAC systems, materials, and installation processes
- Proficiency in using estimation software and tools
- Ability to read and interpret project designs, specifications, and drawings
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Project management skills for effectively planning and organizing tasks
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze project requirements and create detailed cost estimates for MEPF & HVAC projects
- Determine the scope of work,
materials, and labor required for each project
- Collaborate with design teams to develop accurate cost projections based on current market prices
- Review and evaluate project designs, specifications, and drawings to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare and submit accurate bid proposals within specified deadlines
- Consult with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Monitor and track project expenses to ensure adherence to budget
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and design innovations related to MEPF & HVAC projects
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimation processes and tools
