Senior Project Manager (MEPF-HVAC Projects) role with 7 to 10 years of experience. The job location is Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Senior level experience (7 to 10 years) in managing MEPF-HVAC projects
- Proficiency in MEPF-HVAC systems and controls
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to develop and execute project plans
- Knowledge of equipment installation, testing, and commissioning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee MEPF-HVAC projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to develop project plans and specifications
- Ensure project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEPF-HVAC equipment
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
