About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generate leads by calling the customers (Calling data will be provided)
2. Call existing and potential customers to update them about the product
3. Fix the meeting with customers
4. Ask questions to understand about customer requirements
5. Keep records of calls and note useful information
6. Possess the ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
7. Develop and improve relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
8. Review the company's sales to ensure customers that they are getting the best value from their purchases
9. Find opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up
10.
Educate and inform clients about the company's products and services
11. Address clients' issues and complaints
12. Conduct satisfaction surveys and suggest ways to improve customer satisfaction
13. Work with other departments to ensure that clients' expectations are fulfilled
14. Promote and maintain a positive corporate image
15. Provide financial planning and investment advice
16. Study and learn marketing strategies to increase the sales of the company
Candidate profile:
1. Possess good verbal and written communication skills
2. Good presentation skills & pleasant personality
3. Amazing convincing and negotiation skills
4. Having a high degree of self-motivation and ambition
5. Ability to handle customers efficiently
6. Excellent interpersonal skills
7. Soft-spoken & polite
8. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
9. Candidates from agency internships are preferred
