MDM Data Analyst

Job Description

· Proven experience working as a Business System Analyst or similar role, with a focus on customer master data management.

· Experience with data cleansing techniques and tools.

· Familiarity with data hygiene best practices and strategies.

· Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

· Strong understanding of customer master data management, including data standardization and data hygiene.

· Expertise in MDM, and customer matching techniques, including probabilistic matching and fuzzy matching.

· Proficiency in SQL

· Expertise in Marketing and Sales Technologies (such as: Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, etc.) and a strong focus on customer data







· Hands-on experience with AI and Machine Learning applied to personalization and customer engagement.

· Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions that leverage customer data for real-time personalization.

Qualifications:

· 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

· Worked with either Azure or Snowflake (preferably both)

· Experience with DBT (optional but good to have)

· Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and Customer 360 architectures.

· Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data security best practices.

· Certification in Salesforce, Adobe Marketing Cloud, or other marketing technologies is a plus.
