Overview:
TheInternational Business Development Executive/Manager (BDE/BDM) inRemote Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Virtual Assistance (VA) playsa critical role in expanding the companys business in internationalmarkets. This role is essential for identifying and developing newbusiness opportunities building and maintaining clientrelationships and driving sales growthglobally.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Researching andidentifying potential clients and marketsinternationally.
- Developing and implementingstrategic plans to expand the companys international clientbase.
- Building and maintaining strongrelationships with clients andpartners.
- Leading and participating in thenegotiation of contracts and agreements with internationalclients.
- Driving sales and revenue growththrough effective business developmentstrategies.
- Participating in internationalindustry events and conferences to promote the companysservices.
- Assessing and analyzing internationalmarket trends and competitoractivities.
- Collaborating with internal teamsto ensure the successful delivery of services to internationalclients.
- Preparing and delivering salespresentations to potential internationalclients.
- Creating and maintaining a strongsales pipeline of internationalprospects.
RequiredQualifications:
- Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or a related field.
- Proventrack record in international business development andsales.
- Experience in Remote Process Outsourcing(RPO) and Virtual Assistance (VA) services ispreferred.
- Strong understanding ofinternational market dynamics and businesscultures.
- Excellent communication andnegotiation skills.
- Ability to travelinternationally as required.
- Proficiency inusing CRM software and other salestools.
- Strategic thinking and problemsolvingskills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed salestargets.
- Fluency in multiple languages is aplus.
