Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of electronic medical records (EMR)
systems and supporting the team in problem-solving discussions. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting software issues, analyzing system logs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems.
With your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, you will contribute to the seamless operation of EMR systems and enhance the overall user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in problem-solving discussions.
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Analyze system logs to identify and resolve technical problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve software defects.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Document and maintain technical specifications and user guides.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in EMR systems.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.

To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Strong understanding of software troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with SQL and database management systems.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.

To Have Skills: Experience with healthcare information systems.
- Experience with HL7 messaging standards.
- Understanding of data privacy and security in healthcare.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
