Job Description
The Jr. Account Executive will be responsible for Invoice entries, Invoice preparation,Preparation of E-Invoice and E-way bills. Voucher entries and other accounts work.
Recordkeeping and processing payments of Vendors
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Checking, Verification of Bills Payable
- Preparation of Payment vouchers & accounting with proper narration on a daily basis
- Maintain a systematic filing system for invoices and related documents.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding invoice-related inquiries or discrepancies.
- Provide support during audits by preparing & organizing invoicing documentation as needed.
Education Qualification
Graduate / Post-graduate - Preferable from Commerce
Experience
Min 1 Years’ experience
Skills Required
Functional:
Tally, Accounting Software/ERP
Ariba Software
IT Skills:
MS Office (Advance Excel)
Behavioral:
Initiative taker
Good communication
Languages
English, Hindi & Gujarati
Compensation
15000 - 20000 per month
