Role Overview;
As an Adobe Mid SME/Consultant & Adobe Sr. SME / Consultant , you'll play a vital role in the design, testing, and
deployment of Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, and
Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
Work closely with clients, developers, MarTech, project managers, Adobe consulting services,
and end users to build a state-of-the-art Marketing Platform using Adobe Marketing suite of
products. Incumbent will mentor campaign developers and market ops team as needed and
oversee projects from a multi-solutions Developer point.
Act as Lead Consultant on large, complex customer engagements that may involve multiple
project teams from Adobe, Client, or partner organizations
Roles & Responsibilities:
10-12 years of experience in design, implementation and support of Marketing
automation systems using Adobe Solutions.
Preferred technical skills are Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer,
Adobe Target, and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics) and Adobe Ad Cloud.
Innovative thinker and desire to help us build out a new Consulting practice and be a
pioneer.
Design and implement solutions to resolve Marketing use cases using the Adobe
Experience Platform solutions.
Assessing/auditing existing client processes across the operations team and business
ecosystems and recommending optimizations based on client objectives / goals, proven
past successes, and industry best practices.
Construct technical documentation of multiple solutions fitting client’s industry standards,
use cases, strategy and technical needs.
Break down Customer strategies into phased roadmaps according to priorities, industry
best practices, technology prerequisites and dependencies
Use the latest best practice learning from the industry to help Customers ensure that
marketing campaigns and solutions are fully integrated and fine-tuned via data driven
insights
Aware about latest technology trends, innovations and directions
Oversee technical project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope
Maintain regular communication with both the customer and internal teams, and
constantly manage customer expectations
Achieve customer satisfaction through successful delivery of defined project scope and
expanded partnership / ongoing engagements
Design relevant multi-channel/multi-tactic diagrams/documentation to support the
recommended approaches.
Create marketing roadmap(s) necessary Use a deep understanding of audience
segments to drive personalization and targeting
Assist with solution project estimation, scope definition, and formulating project
timelines. Oversee the delivery of multi-channel/multi-tactic digital solutions.
Recommend management and governance policies using client constraints.
Implement testing strategies (process, unit, stress, etc.) to validate adherence to
specifications.
Outline key performance objectives and methodologies for measurements of success
Effectively engage internal and external technical, C-Suite, and senior leadership
resources throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Create internal and external knowledge sharing in the form of blog posts, whitepapers,
best practices, methodologies, etc.
Work as a core member of AEP Delivery Team and collaborate with Martech, product
and marketing team and fellow technologists to design develop and deliver frictionless
multi-channel experiences.
Build solutions leveraging the AI capabilities of AEP using Data Science Workspace
attribution AI and Customer AI Participate in user story analysis elaboration and design.
Help business understand attribution of marketing campaigns efficiently leveraging AEP
s Attribution AI in the analysis.
Technical Expertise:
Good understanding of Adobe Launch for tag implementation and Web SDK / App SDK
implementation for experience data modelling.
Knowledge of data schemas and APIs and services in platforms GCP, Marketo etc..
Build Proficient queries in Query Service for data mining Build XDM schemas, classes,
data layer for batch and streaming datasets configure Source and Destination
connectors build Segments and queries as per defined use cases.
Knowledge of profiles, audience management, identities and policies in AEP platfrom
Sound knowledge of SQL querying and database schema and data type.
Good understanding of diverse data sources, including websites, mobile apps,
customer
service interactions, and even CRM.
Work with audience segments, crafting them based on behavioral insights, transactional
data, and operational information.
Excellent knowledge of Campaign management (including Email build, content template,
fragment, journey design, orchestration, dynamic content & customer personalization
using variant conditions and split the audience in AJO platform.
Knowledge of HTML / Java Script is preferred but not mandatory.
Good knowledge of Adobe CJA platform and its features.
Knowledge of Adobe Target personalization tactics like Experience testing, multivariate
testing etc..
Good knowledge of Visual experience composer and form based composer in Adobe
Target.

Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve
them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Superb organizational skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects
Exceptional team building and team management skills, with proven experience
managing virtual teams
Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders
