Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required
- 1 years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
- 3 years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants' qualifications
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
