Requirements
- RecruitmentandOnboarding:
- Sourcescreen and interview candidates to fill openpositions.
- Coordinate and conductnew employee orientations and onboardingprocesses.
- Maintain recruitmentdatabases and applicant trackingsystems.
- EmployeeRelations:
- Addressemployee queries and concerns in a timely and professionalmanner.
- Facilitate conflictresolution and mediation between employees whennecessary.
- Promote a positiveworkplace culture through employee engagementinitiatives.
- PerformanceManagement:
- Assistin the development and implementation of performance appraisalsystems.
- Support managers inconducting performance reviews and setting employeegoals.
- Provide feedback and coachingto employees to help them improve theirperformance.
- TrainingandDevelopment:
- Identifytraining needs and coordinate employee trainingprograms.
- Organize workshopsseminars and other professional developmentactivities.
- Evaluate theeffectiveness of training programs and make recommendations forimprovement.
- CompensationandBenefits:
- Administerpayroll and ensure timely and accurate payment toemployees.
- Manage employee benefitsprograms including health insurance retirement plans and otherperks.
- Conduct salary benchmarkingand participate in compensationsurveys.
- HRAdministration:
- Maintainaccurate and uptodate employee records and HRdatabases.
- Prepare and update HRpolicies and procedures in compliance with laborlaws.
- Generate HR reports andanalytics to supportdecisionmaking.
